ARENA DENTAL'S PAYMENT POLICY

Arena Dental’s Payment Terms Policy


At Arena Dental, payment for dental treatments is due at the time services are completed. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • EFTPOS
  • VISA and MasterCard credit cards


Please note, bank transfers are not accepted. For your convenience, we offer HICAPS to process your health insurance claims on the spot, allowing for easy and immediate claim submission.


Responsible Party

The responsibility for making the payment for any treatment performed lies with the patient (parent/guardian if the patient is a minor).


In the event that an insurance claim does not fully cover the cost of treatment due to ineligibility, reaching benefit limits, or any other exclusions — the patient will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full on the day of service.


Unsettled Payments

In cases of payment being unsettled due to an unforeseen circumstance, the patient will be contacted via email, phone, or mail within 24 hours to settle any outstanding account.


If the payment remains unsettled, Arena Dental reserves the right to refer the matter to debt collection services. All costs incurred towards such services shall be paid by the patient.
